Though always wanting an independent catering company derived from Chef Tomas’s standard of excellence, Epicurean Catering Company was born when Chef Tomas teamed up with Executive Chef and Managing Partner Myron Manthe. The two chefs combined their extensive knowledge of the service industry and flavorful, artistically plated foods, and have been offering those services since the early 2000s.
Humble Beginnings Lead to Extravagant Rewards
What started out very humbly has blossomed in an incredibly successful and growing catering company, which provides outstanding service and interesting cuisine to clients throughout Florida and Georgia. Chef Tomas started offering catering options from his first restaurant in Live Oak, Florida, and knew then that catering and food were his passions.
Since then, Chef Tomas has worked as a private celebrity chef for John Travolta, trained with Wolfgang Puck, Chris Wing at Keystone Ranch and Eric Ripert, successfully operated and managed several restaurants in the Florida and Georgia regions, and offers his expert consulting services to new or struggling restaurants.
After moving to the Atlanta area in 2007, Chef Tomas and Chef Myron have been building the client base for Epicurean Catering Company. We’ve provided catering services for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate events, private dinner parties, holiday parties and so much more.
