It’s February and love is in the air. Many couples are already planning their Valentine’s Day plans: scheduling dinner at one of Atlanta’s premier restaurants, purchasing flowers ahead of time, scoping out the chocolate selections at local confectioneries, and looking for the best card to express his or her feelings. Have you ever been to a catered Valentine’s Day party? We’re excited to be able to provide our clients with completely customized menus for their Valentine’s Day parties this year!

We’ve already starting accepting reservations for private Valentine’s Day parties. This year, one of our clients is throwing a neighborhood Valentine’s Day party and inviting their closest friends to join in the festivities. Starting at 6:30 pm, guests will arrive at their house and be greeted with champagne or one of our signature Day of Love cocktails and Chef Tomas’ appetizer selections: Crisp Pear & Prosciutto Carpaccio with a Balsamic Reduction, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with Fresh Lemon and Spicy Cocktail Sauce, or Jumbo Shrimp Sautéed with a Lemon Thyme Beurre Blanc (White Wine Butter) Sauce.

Once all of the guests arrive and are seated for dinner, Chef Tomas creates a delicious Baby Spinach Salad with Freshly-Sliced Strawberries and Goat Cheese Crumbles, Candied Walnuts and sliced Red Onions with a Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette. Guests then enjoy Chef Tomas’ take on a traditional Surf ‘n’ Turf! Chargrilled Filet Mignon with Au Poivre Sauce, a light yet flavorful Brandy Peppercorn Demi-Glace with Cream is paired with a succulent Baked Lobster Tail served with Clarified Butter. On the side, guests at this exciting Valentine’s Day party enjoy Truffle Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus.

But what’s Valentine’s Day without a little indulgence? Our signature Chocolate Decadence Cake, that’s coated with a rich, delicious Bavarian Dark Chocolate Ganache, is what’s on the dessert menu!
